Opera 10.10 Unite build 1767

These builds are simply a continuation of Opera 10.0, with more bug fixes, plus Unite. Focus is still stability and minor improvements.

The bundled Unite services are currently undergoing some design improvements, but this hasn't made it into todays builds. This build does however have many fixes to the Unite webserver, which will improve connectivity for many.

BitTorrent

* Fix for non-cached BitTorrent meta file
* Fix for modal/blocking dialogs for torrents
* Fix for utf-8 encoded name and paths, also assume utf-8 encoding of all strings in accordance to latest BitTorrent specification
