I have notice that the upload is not very fast this time with the Beta 3. I'm back to Beta 2.
Ok, maybe you have "Pro-Leecher-System" activated
That can be a reason for it. Disable this. It's only for leeching.
All other i can't say nothing because i don't know your settings.
Overall nothing is changed at upload code between test1,2,3
